Our Mission
Statement
Celebrate Autistic Women
We created PACT to provide a safe space for autistic women to celebrate who they are. We aim to curate resources and research tailored to them since information is usually geared toward men. Our goal is to help women feel comfortable being their authentic selves in a world that can be hostile toward them.
Inclusivity for All Autistic Individuals
This doesn’t mean we don’t also want to be a space for men on the spectrum. We aim to be a place where all autistic people – regardless of age, gender, or support needs-can share their stories and feel heard. We want to help connect people to each other, fostering a community of understanding and support.
Fostering a Supportive Community
As we’ve developed our group, we have focused mostly on fostering a community of autistic individuals inside the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). Now, more than just a resource center, we are a public speaking team – presenting at conferences across the United States and bringing our perspectives and advice to the field.

We believe autism treatment should be EPIC
We believe in improving the field of ABA to better suit autistic people’s needs in the real world. Treatment should be EPIC: ethical, progressive, integrated, and compassionate. We are especially focused on compassionate care and viewing clients as people, centering their specific needs through goal prioritization and individualization.
