Anika loves children and is constantly thinking of how to help each one feel successful and know they are loved and valued! Anika is happiest when she sees children progressing and her staff fulfilled and happy as they come to work. Luckily she gets to see this EVERY DAY!!

Brielle Williams

Brielle Williams is a recent college graduate on her way to getting a Ph.D. She focuses on healthy sexuality as it relates to autism, and plans to do her Ph.D. on sexual assault reduction programs. Brielle was diagnosed with autism at age 14, but her parents knew she was autistic when she was about 10. She comes from a AuDHD family, where every member of her immediate family has autism or ADHD or both - her family life is definitely hectic, but she wouldn't have it any other way. She absolutely loves mystery novels and is always open to recommendations. Brielle has worked as an RBT at Anika’s center for almost two years now, mostly working in maladaptive behavior reduction in early childhood-aged children. She recognizes some of the downfalls of and difficulties with ABA and wants to work to make the field as compassionate as it can be, specifically through "person-first, client-second" therapy. She is incredibly passionate about making the world a safer and kinder place for all autistic people.

Kaelynn Partlow

Kaelynn Partlow was diagnosed with autism and a variety of learning disabilities at the age of 10. She joined Project Hope Foundation’s school program as a teenager, where she developed an interest in working with others on the spectrum. In 2015, she joined Project Hope Foundation as a Registered Behavior Technician. She is now a Lead Technician, providing services to middle and high-school-aged clients and helping to develop staff training content. In 2021, Kaelynn was a featured participant in the Netflix series, Love On The Spectrum. She has been a guest on numerous national podcasts and published several articles, providing an autistic perspective. She uses her social media accounts as a platform for autism advocacy, reaching millions across the world.

Audrey Vogel

Audrey is an autistic woman who is determined to make a difference in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. After working as a special education teacher in Harlem and the South Bronx for 4 years, Audrey made the decision to move into the field of ABA. She is currently an RBT at a center that teaches play and social skills instruction rooted in the science of ABA. In addition to years of experience with children on the spectrum, Audrey is an autistic woman who takes pride in her neurodiversity. Being autistic is an asset to her as she pursues a Master's degree in ABA at Endicott College. Her unique insight into the autistic experience, passion, and creativity are just a few of the attributes that make her a powerful addition to the field of ABA.
